Sonic SolaceThe seller's page names five plants: passion flower, prickly pear, corydalis (Corydalis yanhusuo), marshmallow root and California poppy. Read the Supplement Facts on your bottle for the amounts and any other ingredients. Passion flower, California poppy and corydalis can cause drowsiness and add to sedatives, sleeping pills, anxiety medicines and alcohol. Corydalis has been linked to liver injury in some preparations. Prickly pear and marshmallow root may lower blood sugar, and marshmallow root can slow the absorption of other medicines. Pregnant or nursing women and children under 18 should not use it, and people with a medical condition or taking medication should consult a physician before use. Do not drive or use machinery until you know how it affects you, and never exceed the labelled serving. Keep out of reach of children.
